Beaches: Strandfontein and Sonwabe: Strandfontein's landscaped hills offer picnic sites, parking and other beach facilities. The tidal pool offers safe swimming, its own beach and lifeguards in season. The supertube is a great attraction. Follow Baden Powell Dr to Strandfontein. Mnandi: 14km west of Monwabisi. Mnandi has its own beach and is protected from the wind. Follow the signposts from Baden Powell Dr along the False Bay Coast. Monwabisi: Situated 1km from Swartklip, Monwabisi is close to one of the largest tidal pools in the Peninsula. The site is well protected and there are green lawns, straw shades and a kiddies pool. Follow Baden Powell Dr along the False Bay Coast.
